How would you describe your relationship with your boss, colleagues and business partners? Would
you say your interactions with them:
- leave you with a desire for more connection?
- leave you with renewed energy and zest?
- leave you with an increased sense of self worth?
- create opportunities for mutual empowerment?
- give you a clear sense of your relationship going forward?
If you answer yes to all or most of these questions, then you are on the path to become a relational leader. Relational leadership relies on all participants--bosses and employees-- to contribute to the decision making process.
