Anna Giraldo-Kerr

Career development and workplace diversity expert who coaches professionals to become proactive, global-minded and influential leaders.

As founder of Shades of Success, Inc., Anna works with entry level and mid-career professionals of diverse backgrounds and their organizations to foster an environment that promotes career advancement, effective relationship management and adaptive leadership.

Through her Career Blueprint and Leadership Program™, field research and an online platform, she coaches professionals to successfully develop strategic business relationships and proactively manage their careers.

An avid lifelong learner, Anna is currently pursuing a Master's in Education at Harvard with a focus on leadership development among bicultural adults. Anna's firm belief that adults can engage in transformational learning, led her to found Harvard’s first Adult Development and Learning Student Interest Group to provide a forum for students to connect and discuss topics, research and career interests in this area.

Anna has conducted workshops at The Boston Globe, the Center for Women and Enterprise, and EMC Corp. among other venues. In her most recent engagement, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Anna discussed her research about factors affecting the performance of Latinas in the workplace.

Anna received a Master's degree in Business Administration from the F. W. Olin School of Business at Babson College and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
